The target

The company, founded in 1988 and specialized in room fragrances, wanted to manage its 6 flagship stores that cover the whole national territory in a very precise way, and integrate them perfectly with the their headquarters ERP AX.

The results

aKite® has been integrated by means of aDI (aKite Document Interchange), a SQL Server db at the frontier between the transactional one on the Cloud and that of the ERP AX. aDI is updated in near-real-time by store sales which thus become available to the central ERP. The integration also includes logistics managed by third parties. Since the customer wanted to maintain billing to customers from the central ERP, in addition to receipts, transport documents are also issued in the shops. Given the high range of products sold, the CRM functions with which to view the history of each customer’s purchases and enter notes have been appreciated in stores.
