Integration with the ERP
- In chains equipped with central ERP, aKite integration send and receive any stock movement and disseminate new prices and products to all stores. When the ERP does not cover specific retail functions, such as promotions, aKite naturally completes them.
Complete management, from logistics to warehouse
- In small chains and independent shops, aKite covers all management needs, including logistics. It provides accounting data on sales and inventory valuation, while it does not manage the general ledger.
Dashboard
- Identify the best departments, customers and products for the period considered;
- View, with monthly, weekly and daily details, the margin and sales of the last 13 months;
- Chain managers see the list of stores, sorted by sales and margin over the last 7 days.
Double product classification
- The double classification of the products, each on two levels, allows selective extraction of sales data through transversal (multidimensional) searches;
- It allows the management of departments and sub-departments, also called families and sub-families, and of a further classification called types and sub-types often used for brands and lines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Get Retail-optimized performance metrics, such as margin, turnover and return on invested capital (GMROII) for individual product and for each store, with totals by merchandise categories and sub-categories. Sales forecasts help produce optimized reorder proposals.
ChatBot - self-registration to the loyalty program
- The program manages a conversation with the customer through a touch PC or a totem. While informing about the purposes of data collection pursuant to the GDPR, it collects personal data and consents to "profiling" and "marketing".
- The procedure is completely dematerialized. An email is automatically sent with the confirmation request which is equivalent to signatures on a paper form, which should be kept for years.
