The target

The company has a very long tradition that starts from the shop in the historic center of Fabriano (AN) and has followed the evolution of the market with the opening of a second point of sale in a shopping center and more recently has focused strongly on eCommerce. Mr. Rossi needed to keep these various activities under control through simple but significant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as Margin, Turnover and GMROII (Gross Margin Return on Inventory Investment or Gross return on capital invested in goods) at the level of single reference and totals by product and brand, to understand which directions the market is taking and which ones should be followed.

With the aKite® dashboard iMr. Rossi has always up-to-date sales and margin situation at a glance. For the more advanced KPIs, the reporting allows you to obtain the desired detail and subset of data with just a few clicks. The integrated CRM allows you to get to know every single customer in depth. For eCommerce the perfect integration not only of articles, prices, customers and orders, but also of images and characteristics of the products was fundamental. Entered only once in the centre, all the information in the aKite Catalogue are immediately available in all shops (even at the cash point) and on eCommerce. The PrestaShop engine is supplied and managed directly by aKITE srl, reducing coordination problems between different suppliers.
