The agreement with Limoni demonstrates that aKite is bringing to software for retail stores what Google, Microsoft, Saleforce and other big names has already done in Business Services like Mail, Communication & Collaboration and CRM. Thanks the new Cloud Computing paradigms, for the first time a software service meets the needs of small, medium and large business.

With 450 stores and over 1,300 seats, Limoni is the largest perfumery chain in Italy and one of the largest in Europe. The main reasons for choosing aKite was its high scalability and service level (SLA), deployment speed and “connected retail”.

In smaller firms often prevail reasons such as technical simplicity, features list and mobility, but aKite multi-tenant nature (sharing the same hardware and software resources) gives scale economies and continuous evolution to all kind of users.
